Take a gander at Winnipeg Crime Stoppers’ most wanted for February. You could get cash for tips that lead to an arrest.
Three of the seven most wanted this month are individuals who Winnipeg Police say they are actively pursuing in relation to various crime investigations while the other four have arrest warrants after failing to follow conditions for their release.

Elaine Peters is serving her first Federal sentence of three years and four months for break enter dwelling house and robbery.
Peters began Statutory Release on May 30, 2021, and on Dec. 1, a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered she had breached conditions of her release, police said.

Jonel Tavares is serving his first Federal sentence of three years and four months for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Tavares began Statutory Release on Dec. 22 and on Jan. 4, a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Norvin Trout in regards to multiple domestic violence related investigations. Six warrants have been issued for the arrest of Trout in relation to these investigations.

Prairie Sky Atkinson was released from custody with several conditions that she had to abide by. On Oct. 8, she is accused of breaching some of those conditions and two arrest warrants were issued for her arrest, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Taylor Benoit in regards to an assault with a weapon investigation and an allegation of noncompliance of a probation order police said. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Benoit in relation to these investigations.

Daniel Church was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released with several conditions including attending the Winnipeg Police HQ at an appointed time and date to be photographed and fingerprinted. On Jan. 4, 2023, an arrest warrant was issued for Church for not attending the WPS HQ as directed, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Christian Patchinose in regards to his involvement a fatal motor vehicle collision investigation. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Patchinose in relation to this investigation, police said.
