Four of the eight most wanted this month are individuals who Winnipeg Police say they are actively pursuing in relation to various crime investigations while four have arrest warrants after failing to follow conditions for their release.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Martin Luther in regards to a homicide investigation, police said. As a result, two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Luther in relation to this investigation. Luther is to be considered armed and dangerous, do not approach.

Merrick Wieler is serving his first Federal sentence of four years for possession of scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking and within two hours of ceasing operation of a vehicle is impaired by BDC, police said.

Wieler began Statutory Release on Oct. 24, 2022 and on Feb. 27, a Canada wide warrant was issued after it was discovered he had breached conditions of his release.

Natasha Dyck was arrested for uttering threats and then released with several conditions including attending court as directed, police said. On Jan. 13, an arrest warrant was issued for Dyck for not attending court as directed.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Aaron Azure in regards to the murder earlier this month of Vincent Brian Kipling. As a result, two warrants have been issued for the arrest of Azure in relation to this investigation. Azure is to be considered armed and dangerous, do not approach, police said.

Byron Duck is serving his first Federal sentence of four years and seven months for assault causing bodily harm and possess schedule I/II substance for the purpose of trafficking, possess restricted/prohibited firearm with ammunition, possessing weapon contrary to prohibition order and failing to comply with probation order, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Christopher Kane in regards to a multiple domestic violence related investigations. Four warrants have been issued for the arrest of Kane in relation to these investigations, police said.

Lateasha Belcourt was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released with several conditions including attending court as directed, police said. On Jan. 31 and March 29, arrest warrants were issued for Belcourt for not attending court proceedings as directed.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Joshua Duquette in regards to an uttering threats investigation, police said. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Duquette in relation to this investigation.
